What exactly is SoulCollage®? At its simplest form it is a fun and creative mindfulness practice. Using the art of collage, we give ourselves permission to play, to contemplate, and to look deep within ourselves to find our truth.

During this private 2-hour workshop, we will use simple materials (5”x8” mat boards, glue sticks, scissors, images from magazines), our imaginations, and our intuition to create personal collaged cards. Then we consult our cards using guided journaling. SoulCollage® readings are full of “a-ha!” moments, profound, meaningful and inspiring because all we need to know is already inside of us.
