Life from the Inside Out is all about making you a priority.

Everything you need to create an authentic, meaningful, and joyful life is already inside you - you just have to find it again...

 

And you don’t have to do that alone.


We'll work together to help you create space to slow down, listen inward, and uncover what’s been buried for too long.

How We'll Work Together

During Life from the Inside Out, we’ll meet weekly (virtually) for twelve weeks. Why twelve weeks? Because this journey isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about real, lasting transformation. And meaningful transformation takes time. Here's what you can expect on the journey: 

Weeks 1 & 2

  • utilize your best tools for self-discovery and clarity 

Weeks 3 & 4

  • shift from scarcity thinking to possibility & prosperity thinking 

  • design your dreams & create the vision for your future 

Week 5 & 6

  • define your identity & decide who you are now

  • identify/release patterns of behavior that are keeping you stuck  

Weeks 7 & 8

  • learn to check in with yourself & trust your intuition 

Weeks 9 & 10

  • raise your energy & clarify your core values - what lights you up  

Weeks 11 & 12

  • plan the steps to put it all into practice with consistent action to get you where you most want to be

The Details

  • One 30-minute Connection Call (a complimentary call where we’ll explore your intentions and where we’ll ensure that we are a good fit for a successful coaching relationship)

  • Twelve 60-minute sessions (we’ll meet 1x per week via zoom or phone)

  • Unlimited support via email and text

  • Workbook journal to keep you engaged and learning between sessions
