About Jennifer Watson & Soul Unfolding
Hello! I’m Jennifer Watson — Certified Professional Life Coach and SoulCollage® Facilitator… and also a wife, mom to a teenage daughter (pray for me!), artist, writer, self-proclaimed slightly crazy cat lady, avid reader, and passionate advocate for personal growth and meaningful transformation.

My Story

“Who inspired you to start your current business?” is a recent prompt from my social media calendar.
It’s a hard question.
Why?
Because there isn’t one single person, moment, or event that led me to become a SoulCollage® Facilitator and Certified Life Coach.
If anything, it’s been a lifetime of small moments, events, and meaningful connections — and many, many special people along the way: my parents and sister, my husband, my daughter, friends, teachers, professors, colleagues and associates, bosses, therapists, and coaches.
So many people have shaped me.
Inspired me.
But when I sit with the question for a while, I realize that this is what it comes down to:
I'm here because I've always felt a deep call to help others.
That's it.
A steady, lifelong pull toward listening, supporting, encouraging, and walking beside people as they find their way.
At the heart of me and of my work is a simple — and passionate — belief in the power of helping.
Becoming a SoulCollage® Facilitator and Certified Life Coach is simply a natural extension of who I've always been - someone who is deeply interested in people's stories, their passions, their struggles, and when they're at a crossroads and don't know what direction to take.
Over the years, I've watched and experienced the power of letting someone be seen...and heard...and truly supported. I've witnessed how clarity can emerge from confusion and how small shifts can create meaningful change.
Today, through Life from the Inside Out, I have the privilege of supporting women—especially those in mid-life—who are ready to stop living on autopilot and start reconnecting with what truly matters to them.
And every time I sit across from a woman who is rediscovering her voice, her clarity, or her sense of purpose, I'm reminded of what inspired me in the first place:
Not one person.
Not one moment.
Not one event.
But a lifelong, heartfelt belief in the quiet, transformative power of helping.
