SOULCOLLAGE® AND THE SPRING EQUINOX
This workshop is for anyone - no SoulCollage® experience necessary.
During this workshop, we’ll explore the meaning of the Spring Equinox: one of just two days during the year when the earth is not tilted on its axis. The sun shines directly on the equator letting both the Northern and Southern hemispheres get roughly twelve hours of light and twelve hours of dark – signaling the start of spring. After this date, the Northern Hemisphere begins to tilt more toward the sun, giving us more daylight hours and warming temperatures.
“Spring will come and so will happiness. Hold on. Life will get warmer” - Anita Krizzan
"Nothing ever seems impossible in spring, you know." - L.M. Montgomery
We’ll explore themes of change, balance, growth, and renewal using the creative intuitive SoulCollage® process in which we create personal collaged cards with simple materials (5”x8” mat boards, scissors, glue sticks, recycled magazine images) to aid us in a journey of self-discovery. We will then consult our cards using questions designed to help us uncover our deep truths.
When: Sunday, March 19, 1:00-4:00PM
Where: The HeARTspot Art Center & Gallery, East Providence
Cost: $50
Supplies: SoulCollage® supplies included (mat
boards, images, scissors, glue sticks)
What to Bring (optional): Images such as personal photos and/or photos
from magazines or books showing all things spring

SOULCOLLAGE®: REBEL WITH A CAUSE - FINDING OUR INNER BAD-ASS
This workshop is for anyone who has already attended a workshop and has made one or more SoulCollage® cards.
"Being a Bad-Ass…isn’t easy, but it’s definitely worthwhile. Being a Bad-Ass is not an all-or-nothing proposition. It’s an attitude…”
- Rebecca Crespo
Are you a mouse?
Fearful of getting out of your comfort zone?
Not sure you even have an Inner Bad-Ass?
Yes, yes you do!
Come find her/him/them during this workshop! We will go on a personal journey to find the Rebel With a Cause inside us - our Inner Bad-Ass – that part of us that is brave and confident, has a plan and a path, takes risks, and is unstoppable! Using our imagination/intuition and the simple SoulCollage® process, we’ll make and then consult our Inner Bad-Ass using questions designed to uncover the answers we already have inside us – the things we know intuitively and deeply, but don’t always rise to the surface to be heard, experienced and honored.

SOULCOLLAGE®: GETTING TO KNOW OUR INNER SELVES - THE COMMITTEE SUIT
This workshop is for anyone who has already attended a workshop and has made one or more SoulCollage® cards.
“What is this ‘Committee’ we’re talking about?...[the] word ‘committee’ stimulates something in [my imagination]…a big conference table in a meeting room in an office building…and everybody is sitting around it as individual parts of me that all have something to say about what I do or who I am. Like they’re having a committee meeting about my losing weight…or what I’m going to do for my next writing project.”
- Anne Marie Bennett, SoulCollage® Facilitator
Our inner Committee - the inner voices we hear day in and day out…the Inner Critic, Cheerleader, Observer, the Curious Child, the Organizer, etc. During this workshop, we will go on a personal soul-tending journey to explore our inner Committee – our personality parts – using our imagination/intuition and the simple SoulCollage® process. We’ll make and consult our cards using questions designed to uncover the answers we already have inside us – the things we know intuitively and deeply, but don’t always rise to the surface to be heard, experienced and honored.
